1. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment. All rates are subject to change without prior notice, although confirmed bookings will be honored at the booked rate.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are subject to a 1-night retention charge. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

4. Identification

Valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhar, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) must be presented by all guests upon check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as valid ID proof for hotel stays as per government regulations.
